How does the platform work?
The platform’s software is designed to help you navigate various visa and immigration programs. It analyzes your qualifications, competences and skills and suggests the most promising legal pathways to obtain a work visa. It also highlights any gaps you may need to fill in order to increase your chances for labor migration. Based on your knowledge, qualifications, skills and competencies, you can be listed to employers to fill open positions.
What happens if I accidentally enter incorrect information?
You can update your information at any time as needed. However, we will also have a system in place that allows companies to report discrepancies. If information is found to be consistently inaccurate, a user may be removed from the platform. You must provide truthful information to avoid problems with visa applications, entry and during the hiring and long-term employment process.
What happens after I enter my data?
After registering free of charge and entering your details, we will internally determine a score for your chances of labor migration. If we are convinced by the result, we will suggest that you subscribe to our system and then advise you individually and in detail on how to improve your chances and the necessary steps to take. Once suitable job offers are available, we will ask you if you are interested in a free placement service. If you agree, we will transfer only the data necessary for placement to a separate system, and you will be contacted directly by companies to whom we have forwarded your contact details. As a member, you can check the status of your options at any time after subscribing and see your chances of immigrating to the country of your choice, along with tips on how to improve them. Registration is free of charge.
Can I make changes to my profile or data after submission?
You can change and adjust your entire profile at any time. Your personal avatar BiBi will help you enter or adjust your data at the right time.
How can I track the status of my progress?
Your status dashboard gives you up-to-date information at any time about your opportunities and suitable jobs as well as your personal skill gaps. If you are subscribed, you will be put in touch with the company if there is a match.
How can I reset my password?
You can change your password in the My Profile section under My Settings.
Is my personal data secure? What guidelines apply to the protection of my data?
Our system complies with all requirements of the German General Data Protection Regulation.
What should I do if my application is incomplete or the connection is interrupted during submission?
You can complete or change your data at any time.
What payment methods are accepted?
The system will let you know when it’s time to switch to paid subscription and will guide you through the payment process. We offer several payment options, like Airtel Money, M-Pesa, Mastercard, Visa and, very soon Apple Pay and Google Pay, so you can choose the one that’s most convenient for you.
